臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗混合性阴道炎临床分析

Ozone atomization therapy combined with chitosan for treatment of mixed vaginitis:clinical analysis

目的评价臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗混合性阴道炎的有效性和安全性。方法随机选取2014年1月至5月在长兴县妇幼保健院门诊就诊的混合性阴道炎患者186例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组用臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗,对照组用定君生联合甲硝唑片口服,治疗时间为7 d,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗7 d后,观察组治疗有效率为92.47%,对照组治疗有效率为93.55%,两组无明显药物不良反应。结论臭氧雾化联合壳聚糖治疗混合性阴道炎疗效好,安全性好,无明显副作用,可作为治疗混合性阴道炎的一个选择。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ozone atomization combined with chitosan for treatment of mixed vaginitis. Methods 186 Outpatients with mixed vaginitis in our hospital from January to May 2014 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with o- zone atomization combined with chitosan, while the control group was treated with metronidazole tablets and Ding Jun Sheng （ preparation of live Lactobacillus） ; treatment course was 7 days. The clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were observed. Results The effecacy rate was 92.4% in the treatment group and 93.55% in the con- trol group; no obvious adverse drug reaction occurred in both groups. Conclusion Ozone atomization combined with chitosan has satisfactory effect in treatment of mixed vaginitis with good safety, which can be used as an option for the treatment of mixed vaginitis.
