摘要 组蛋白的甲基化修饰主要是由一类含有SET结构域的甲基转移酶来完成的,在包括基因表达调控等多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用。该文介绍了NSD甲基转移酶家族各成员的功能,重点讨论NSD2在分子、细胞水平的研究进展及在多种疾病,尤其是肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥的重要作用;并根据文献及生物学分析,推测NSD2与抑癌蛋白p53关系密切。 Lysine methylation of histones is catalyzed by methyltransferases containing the evolutionarily conserved SET domain,and plays a critical role in various biological processes .Here is to summarize the functions of NSD family focusing on discussion of the recent advances and important role of NSD 2 in various diseases,especially in some tumors.Finally,we speculate that NSD2 is closely associated with tumor suppres-sor protein p53 .
