摘要 卵巢癌是最常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤之一,其病因不明,病死率居首位。细胞因子信号抑制物(SOCS)家族是一类由细胞产生的负性调节因子,能反馈性阻断细胞因子信号转导过程。SOCS-1对白血病抑制因子、抑瘤素M、γ干扰素、促血小板生成素、生长激素和白细胞介素6的信号传递过程起到抑制作用,并在多种细胞信号转导通路中起重要作用。SOCS-1异常表达与多种恶性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。 Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of female reproductive system ,its etiology is unknown,the mortality ranks first.Cytokine signaling inhibitor(suppressor of cytokine signaling, SOCS) is a family of negative regulators produced by a type of cells ,which can block cytokine signal trans-duction as a feedback.SOSC-1 plays the role of inhibition on LIF,OM,IFN-γsignal,TPO,growth hormone and IL-6transfer,and has an important role in various cellular signaling pathways,including the JAK-STAT transduction pathway involving cytokines.The abnormal expression of SOCS-1 is closely related to the occur-rence and development of many malignant diseases.
