多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症的促排卵治疗现状

The Current Situation of Ovulation Stimulating Treatment of Sterility of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种以内分泌紊乱、排卵障碍及卵巢多囊结构为特征的病变。此类患者的临床表现为多样性、容易反复且较难根治。在育龄妇女中,PCOS常因排卵障碍而致女性不孕,给患者造成身心伤害。由于缺乏大样本、多中心的循证研究,国内PCOS治疗策略的制订比较混乱。该文通过系统回顾近年来不孕症的相关文献,对PCOS性不孕症的促排卵治疗现状进行综述。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） is a kind of disease characterized by endocrine disorder, ovulation failure and polycystic ovary structure changes.The patients are featured with varied clinical symp-toms,easy relapse and harder to be cured.In the reproductive age women,PCOS often causes female inferti-lity due to ovulation failure,which brings physical and mental damages.The lack of large sampled multicenter evidence-based study in China resulted in the confusion of PCOS treatment strategy .Here systematically sum-marized the literature about the treatment of sterility in recent years,to have a clear look of the ovulation sti-mulating therapy for PCOS infertility.
