高血糖与高血压的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Hyperglycemia and Hypertension

目的探讨中老年高血糖与高血压的相关性。方法选择2010年1月至2012年5月在洛阳市第三人民医院体检的170例高血糖患者作为观察组,另外选取159例血糖正常的体检者作为对照组。观察两组患者血压水平及高血压检出率,同时比较高血压患者与血压正常者的胰岛素分泌情况。结果观察组高血压检出率为65.9%,对照组为40.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.662,P=0.000)。观察组收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高血压患者的血糖面积、胰岛素面积、胰岛素生成值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高血糖与高血压具有相关性(rs=0.251,P=0.000)。结论高血糖患者体内代谢紊乱可导致高血压的发生,中老年患者应注意监测血糖,发现血糖升高时及时治疗,降低高血压发生的可能性。

Objective To explore the correlation between hyperglycemia and hypertension among mid-dle-aged and elder people.Methods A total of 170 patients with hyperglycemia underwent physical exami-nation in Luoyang Third People′s Hospital from Jan .2010 to May 2012 were selected as the observation group,and another 159 patients with normal blood sugar level unederwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group .The blood pressure levels and detection rates of hypertension of the two groups were compared,and the situation of insulin secretion in patients with or without hyperten-sion was compared.Results The detection rate of hypertension was 65.9% in the observation group,and 40.9% in the control group,there was statistically significant difference（χ2 =20.662,P=0.000）.The sys-tolic pressure,diastolic pressure,mean arterial blood pressure of the observation group were significantly high-er thanthose of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The areas of blood glucose and insulin,as well as the insulin production value of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.01）.Hyperglycemia and hypertension was correlated（rs =0.251,P=0.000）.Conclusion The metabolic disorders in patients with hyperglycemia can lead to hypertension .Middle-aged and elderly patients should monitor the blood glucose level and accept treatment timely to reduce the likelihood of hypertension.
