矸石粉煤灰混合充填材料抗剪强度研究 被引量:2

摘要 在充填开采中,利用注浆矸石粉煤灰混合充填材料可以解决原有矸石粉煤灰混合充填材料空隙率高、压缩率大且强度不高的问题。同时,利用废弃矸石和电厂粉煤灰,能减少地表污染,获取巨大的经济效益和生态效益。研究不同配比注浆矸石粉煤灰混合充填材料不同养护龄期下抗剪强度机理变化规律,发现注浆矸石粉煤灰混合材料配比为1∶0.3时抗剪强度相对较大。提出注浆矸石粉煤灰混合充填材料配比与龄期的建议值,在此基础上结合实际情况,选取最优养护龄期进行开采施工,可实现采矿效益的最大化。 In filling mining, using grouting gangue fly ash mixed filling material can solve the problem of the original gangue fly ash mixed filling materials with high porosity, high compression ratio and low intensity and get huge economic and ecological benefits. At the same time, using waste gangue and fly ash can reduce surface contamination and protect environmental research on variation laws of shear strength mechanism of different ratios of grouting gangue fly ash mixed filling material in different curing periods. It is found that the shear strength of grouting gangue fly ash mixture is relatively large with ratio of 1 : 0. 3. The Recommendation value of ratio and curing period of grouting gangue fly ash mixed filling materials are put forward, and on this basis, combining the actual sit- uation, we select the optimal curing period to mine construction, can maximize the benefits of the mining.
