特高拱坝封拱后温度回升对大坝性态影响研究

摘要 针对特高拱坝封拱后温度回升现象,对某拱坝温度监测资料进行分析,认为温度回升是边界热传导和混凝土后期水化热共同作用的结果,并由坝体内部温度计实测温度回升过程线拟合得到混凝土后期水化热过程线。用ABAQUS对该拱坝施工及蓄水过程进行有限元仿真,结果显示计算温度场与实测温度场吻合情况较好,温度回升引起坝体明显向上游变形,并导致坝体上下游表面出现大范围拉应力区,对大坝工作性态造成了不利影响。 Targeted at the phenomenon of temperature rise in super high arch dams after arch closure, an analysis of monitoring data of a typical arch dam is carried out. It shows that the temperature rise is a joint result of thermal conduction from external environ- ment and residual hydration heat. Also based on the time history curves of abundant thermometers inside the dam body, the time his- tory curve of residual hydration heat is fitted out. The process of construction and impounding of this arch dam is simulated by ABAQUS, and it shows that the simulated temperature field matches well with the real temperature field. Temperature rise induces prominent deformation upward and large-scale tensile stress zone in the dam body, which is harmful to the working behavior.
