眼科护生带教模式改革创新初探

On the Innovation of Teaching Mode Reform of Nursing in Department of Ophthalmology

目的：研究分析眼科护生带教模式改革创新。方法选取2013年11月-2014年4月在我院临床实习的36名护士作为分析对象，对其实行临床带教的改革目标教育，充分发挥教与学的积极性以及主动性。结果通过在眼科病区的实习，在带教老师的言传身教以及结合临床的实践下，使学生的理论水平以及实际操作能够都有效提高，成为了较为合格的护士。结论对眼科护生实行带领模式，有助于提高其积极性与主动性。

Objective To study the analysis of ophthalmology teaching mode reform and innovation of nursing students.Methods Select in November 2013 to April 2014 clinical practice of 36 nurses as analysis object in our hospital, to implement the objectives of the reform of clinical teaching education, give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative of teaching and learning.Results Through the internship in ophthalmology ward, in the teaching of the teacher＇s precept, and combining with clinical practice, make the students＇ theoretical level and actual operation can effectively improve, become more qualiifed nurses.ConclusionThe leading mode in ophthalmic nursing students to help improve their enthusiasm and initiative, has higher application value.
