摘要
目的探讨微格教学法在儿科实习医生临床教学中的应用。方法将138名儿科实习医生随机分成对照组与实验组,对照组采用传统教学方法进行临床教学,实验组采用微格教学法,比较两组实习后满意度及出科考试成绩。结果实验组实习医生满意度及出科考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科实习医生临床教学中应用微格教学法能够激发学生学习兴趣及主动性,提高教学质量。
Objective To study the application of microteaching in clinical teaching of pediatrics.Methods 138 pediatric interns were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The microteaching was carried out in the experimental group while the traditional teaching method was used in the control group.Results The satisfaction and scores of the experimental group are both higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of microteaching in clinical teaching of pediatrics can stimulate student' interest and improve the quality of teaching.
