胸腺肿瘤27例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 27 Cases of Thymic Tumors

目的：探讨胸腺肿瘤的治疗及预防后。方法对2011-2013年收治的胸腺肿瘤患者27例临床治疗方法及预防资料进行分析。结果所有27例胸腺肿瘤患者，术后观察48-72小时内发生危象呼吸机治疗，均顺利脱机，无死亡。发生肺不张4例，经治疗均好转，随访1、3年，单纯性胸腺瘤I期、II期患者1年生存率96%，3年存活率92%。恶性胸腺瘤患者1年生存率60%，3年生存率30%。结论胸腺瘤手术切除效果良好。良性胸腺瘤手术切除后一般无需放射治疗。恶性胸腺瘤侵犯周围组织或不能全部切除时，术后可辅以放射治疗和化疗。

Objective To investigate the thymus after the treatment and prevention of cancer.Methods Thymic cancer patients treated in 2011 to 2013 in 27 cases of clinical treatment and prevention were analyzed. ResultsAll 27 cases of thymic tumors , occurring within 48 to 72 hours were observed after crisis ventilator treatment, were well off , no death. Atelectasis, 4 cases were improved after treatment , 1, 3-year follow-up , simple thymoma I, II 1-year survival of patients with 96% 3-year survival rate of 92%. 1-year survival in patients with malignant thymoma 60%, 3-year survival rate of 30%.Conclusion Thymoma resection good effect. After surgical resection of benign thymoma usually without radiation therapy. Invade surrounding tissue malignant thymoma resection or not all, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
