摘要
目的探讨增生性龈炎患者的临床治疗。方法增生性龈炎患者30例临床治疗方法进行分析。结果所有患者增生性龈炎患者,痊愈24例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率96.66%。结论消除所有的菌斑滞留和局部刺激因素,保持良好的口腔卫生,恢复牙龈的正常生理形状,防止复发。增生性牙龈炎去除牙斑的保留因子的基础上,牙周治疗和牙龈手术,血管成形树胶更固化后。患者如保持良好的口腔卫生,定期复查复治,可以有效防止复发。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of patients with hyperplastic gingivitis.MethodsHyperplastic gingivitis clinical treatment of 30 cases were analyzed.ResultsAll patients hyperplastic gingivitis patients were cured 24 cases, effective in 5 cases, one case, the total efifciency of 96.66%.ConclusionThe elimination of all plaque retention and local incentives to maintain good oral hygiene, restore normal physiological shape of the gums, to prevent recurrence. Base retention factor of hyperplastic gingivitis plaque removal on periodontal treatment and gum surgery, gum more solidiifed after angioplasty. Patients, such as maintaining good oral hygiene, regular review retreatment, can effectively prevent recurrence.
