摘要
目的：探讨肱骨干骨折闭合复位及石膏固定治疗。方法选取26例肱骨干骨折患者石膏固定方法进行分析。结果随访8-20个月，骨折愈合时间3-11个月，平均3.5个月，均骨折愈合，总愈合率100%。结论肱骨骨折治疗方法以闭合复位及石膏固定为主，复位方法可因骨折线方向及移位程度而定。
Objective To investigate the humeral shaft fracture closed reduction and cast immobilization treatment. Methods 26 cases of humeral shaft fracture fixation plaster patients were analyzed.Results 8-20 months of follow-up, the healing time of 3 to 11 months, an average of 3.5 months, all fractures healed, the healing rate of 100% of the total. Conclusion The treatment of humeral fractures with closed reduction and cast immobilization mainly be due to reset the direction and degree of displacement of the fracture line may be.
