摘要
目的：探讨跟骨骨折的临床处理方法。方法对2012年1月-2014年8月收治的跟骨骨折患者20例临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果20例经治疗优10例，良8例，可2例，优良率为90%。结论跟骨骨折基本采用保守治疗，恢复其关节角度结节，保持足弓的正常高度，维护跟腱的固有张力，减轻疼痛，控制肿胀和早期活动，并能防止出现威胁生命的感染。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of calcaneal fractures.MethodsPatients with fractures January 2012-August 2014 were treated 20 cases of clinical treatment were analyzed.Results 20 cases were treated excellent in 10 cases, good in 8 cases, 2 cases, good rate of 90%.ConclusionThe basic conservative treatment of calcaneal fractures, restore its joint angle nodules, maintain normal arch height, maintaining the inherent tension of the Achilles tendon, reduce pain, swelling and early control activities, and to prevent life-threatening infections.
