皮下乳腺切除术治疗严重乳腺增生症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Subcutaneous Mastectomy in the Treatment of Severe Breast Hyperplasia

目的：探究采取皮下乳腺切除术对严重乳腺增生患者进行治疗后的效果及临床价值。方法在我院2013年3月-2014年11月收治患有严重乳腺增生症的患者中，随机抽取10例，采用随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组，两组各有5例患者。对照组患者入院后，采用药物治疗；观察组患者入院后采用皮下乳腺切术进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应的发生情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对患有严重乳腺增生症的患者进行治疗的过程中，采用皮下乳腺切除术，可以对该病起到一个较好的治疗效果，并且安全性较高，不易反复，提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore to subcutaneous mastectomy after treatment in patients with severe hyperplasia of mammary glands of the effect and clinical value.MethodsIn our hospital in March 2013 to November 2014 in patients with severe mammary gland hyperplasia, randomly selected 10 cases, the average using the random number table method divided into observation group and control group, two groups have 5 patients. Control group patients after admission, use drug therapy, Observation group of patients admitted to hospital after the subcutaneous breast cut method treatment, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, and the occurrence of adverse reactions.ResultsThe curative effect of observation group of patients and the occurrence of adverse reactions was better than control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of patients with severe mammary gland hyperplasia, in the process of the subcutaneous mastectomy, of the disease can have a good treatment effect, and high security, not to repeatedly, to improve the patient＇s quality of life.
