电刺激联合生物反馈结合Kegel训练对产后盆底疾病康复的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Biofeedback Combined With Electrical Stimulation Combined With Rehabilitation Training on Kegel Postpartum Pelvic Disease

目的探讨采用法国PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗产后女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果。方法选择确诊为盆底功能障碍性疾病患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察两组患者盆底肌功能恢复情况。结果研究组在治疗第5次第10次后肌力测定较对照组恢复明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电刺激联合生物反馈结合Kegel法训练治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病效果明显,其治疗方法安全有效,增强了治疗准确性,是症状较轻患者的首选疗法。

Objective To explore the French PHENIX neuromuscular stimulation therapeutic effect for the treatment of pelvic floor functional disorder of postpartum women.Methods Selection of patients diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction in 80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. Observe two groups of patients with pelvic lfoor musclefunction recovery.Results The team in the treatment of muscle testing was restored after 5 and 10 times, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Joint biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training method of treatment of pelvic floor functional disorder effect is obvious, the treatment is safe and effective, enhances the accuracy of treatment, is the first choice for patients with symptoms lighter therapy.
