电子喉镜下对声带息肉治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Vocal Cord Polyp Under Electronic Laryngoscope Treatment

目的：分析声带息肉通过电子喉镜手术方式处理的效果。方法研究来自我院在2013年1月-2014年12月收治的声带息肉手术患者80例，分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采用支撑喉镜治疗，观察组运用电子喉镜治疗，而后分析两组患者在一次性息肉摘除比例和治疗有效率情况。结果在一次性息肉摘除上，观察组为90%，对照组为85%，没有显著性差异；广基性声带息肉的治疗有效率上，观察组为95.83%（23/24），对照组为70.83%（17/24）；带蒂性声带息肉的治疗有效率上，观察组为100.00%（16/16），对照组为93.75%（15/16）。结论声带息肉通过电子喉镜的手术治疗干预可以有效的提升治疗有效率，其创伤小，不需要住院治疗，患者治疗感受更佳。

Objective To analysis by electronic laryngoscope vocal cord polyp treated effect.MethodsThe study from our hospital in 80 cases of polyp of vocal cord surgery patients in 2013 January to 2014 December were analyzed and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group, the control group using self retaining laryngoscope treatment. ResultsIn the one-time polyps, 90% in the observation group, the control group was 85%. The treatment of vocal cord polyp wide base effective rate, the observation group was 95.83% （23/24）, the control group was 70.83% （17/24）, The treatment of pedicle of polyp of vocal cord the effective rate, the observation group was 100% （16/16）, the control group was 93.75%（15/16）. ConclusionThe treatment of polyp of vocal cord by electronic laryngoscope operation intervention can improve the treatment efifciency.
