摘要
目的探讨胫骨中下端骨折术后骨不连采用自体植骨与异体植骨的疗效。方法随机将100例胫骨中下端骨折术后骨不连患者分为两组。观察组行单侧外固定支架配合植骨术治疗,对照组行单侧外固定术治疗。结果观察组优良率、骨痂山楂时间、愈合时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对胫骨中下端骨折术后骨不连可行单侧外固定支架配合植骨术治疗,效果显著。
Objective To study the bottom fracture in tibia bone nonunion autologous bone graft and the curative effect of allogeneic bone graft. MethodsRandom will bottom in 100 cases of tibial fracture, bone nonunion patients were divided into two groups. Observation group line for the treatment of unilateral external ifxator with bone graft, the control line of unilateral external ifxation treatment.Results Observation group clinical total effective rate, callus hawthorn time, healing time was better than control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIn view of the bottom fracture in tibia bone nonunion is feasible for the treatment of unilateral external fixator with bone graft, the effect is remarkable.
