74例子宫积脓患者的治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of 74 Cases of Patients With Uterine Empyema

目的：探讨子宫积脓患者的治疗方法。方法对我院从2013年8月-2014年8月期间收治的74例子宫积脓患者的临床治疗方法与资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗74例子宫积脓患者痊愈46例，显效12例，有效10例，无效6例，总有效率91.89%。结论对于宫腔积脓患者的体征和症状需要进行详细的检查，B超和诊断对医生诊断有重要意义。如患者处于生育期应采取保守治疗，而对于绝经期患者采取手术治疗也可以。

Objective To investigate the treatment of pyometra patients. Methods74 cases of uterine empyema hospital patients from August 2013-August 2014 were treated during clinical treatment methods and data were analyzed retrospectively.Results74 cases of uterine empyema treated patients cured 46 cases, effective in 12 cases, 10 cases, 6 cases, the total efifciency of 91.89%. Conclusion For patients with uterine empyema signs and symptoms of the need for detailed examination, B -ultrasound and diagnosis of medical diagnosis is important. If the patient is in the growth stage should take a conservative treatment, and for menopausal patients can be taken to surgery.
