摘要
目的：探讨和总结阴茎折断的诊断及治疗方法。方法收集共6例我院2000年1月-2010年12月收治的阴茎折断患者的临床资料。结果6例患者术后随访6个月-1年，大多数患者预后良好。所有患者均无尿道狭窄及排尿困难。一例勃起时阴茎弯曲，一例勃起时阴茎疼痛不适。结论阴茎折断是泌尿外科少见病，其诊断多基于典型临床表现。主张急诊手术探查，可采取纵行切口，损伤较小，预后多良好。
Objective To study and summary the diagnosis and treatment of penile fracture.MethodsCollect 6 patients clinical material with penile fracture from January 2000 to December 2010.ResultsAll the 6 patients were followed up from 6 months to 12 months. All patients with surgical treatment had good recovery. One patient had complication of penile curvature while erection, and another had complication of painful erection. Conclusion Penile fracture is a rare urological disease. The diagnosis of penile fracture is based on typical clinical manifestations. Emergency surgical repair is recommended and usually have good recovery. We prefer longitudinal incision which has minor injury.
