Pediatric Respiratory Care After Open Heart Operation

目的：通过探讨小儿心脏直视手术后呼吸道护理方式，旨在为提高患儿术后生活质量提供理论依据。方法选择2013年6月-2014年6月在我院接受心脏直视手术的小儿患者85例，给予气管插管期间护理和拔管后呼吸道护理，记录患者呼吸道并发症发生率及护理满意率。结果患者呼吸道并发症的发生率为3.53%，护理满意率为95.29%。结论小儿心脏直视手术给予术前护理和术后呼吸道护理可以显著降低呼吸道并发症、提高护理满意率。

Objective To explore pediatric respiratory care after cardiac operation way, aims to provide theoretical basis to improve the postoperative quality of life.Methods In June 2013-June 2014 in our hospital 85 cases of pediatric cardiac surgery patients, given the trachea intubation during nursing and extubation after respiratory care, record the patient＇s respiratory complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of respiratory complications was 3.53%, nursing satisfaction rate of 95.29%.Conclusion Pediatric cardiac surgery to give the preoperative nursing and postoperative respiratory tract nursing can signiifcantly reduce respiratory complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
