颅脑损伤后高血糖患者诊治中护理干预的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Nursing Intervention in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients With Hyperglycemia After Craniocerebral Injury

目的：分析全面护理模式在颅脑损伤后高血糖治疗护理的效果，总结护理经验。方法选择2013年1月-2014年7月我院就诊并治愈的颅脑损伤后高血糖患者52例，随机分为对照组和观察组各26例。采用常规脑外科护理模式对对照组实施护理；采用全面护理模式对观察组实施护理。结果观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组；住院总时间短于对照组。结论应用全面护理模式对颅脑损伤后高血糖患者实施护理的临床效果更好。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive care model in the treatment of high blood sugar after craniocerebral injury,to sum up the care experience.MethodsThe choice of 2013 January to 2014 year in July 52 cases of patients with high blood sugar after craniocerebral injury treated in our hospital. Were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 26 cases in each group. Using the conventional Department of cerebral surgery care mode on the implementation of the control group. Using the comprehensive care model in care observation group.ResultsPatients in the observation group satisfaction for care was significantly higher than the control group, the total hospitalization time was signiifcantly shorter than that in control group.Conclusion Better effect of hyperglycemia in patients with the application of the comprehensive care after craniocerebral injury, it is worthy of application and further research.
