摘要
目的：探究胸腔穿刺置管引流晚期肺癌胸腔积液的护理要点。方法选取我院2014年3月-2015年1月期间收治的48例肺癌胸腔积液患者。并对所有患者在手术前予以心理护理，并告知患者在手术过程中可能出现的问题，对患者的生命体征进行严密的监测。结果所有患者均一次性置管成功，在手术过程中配合较好，且患者并无并发症发生。结论选用胸腔穿刺置管引流对患者进行治疗，能够有效的减轻患者的痛苦感。
Objective To explore the nursing points for advanced lung cancer pleural puncture and drainage of pleural effusion catheter. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2014 March-2015 year in January during the treated 48 cases of pleural effusion of lung cancer patients. And to all patients given psychological nursing before operation, and inform the may occur in patients in the operation process of the problem, carries on the strict monitoring of the patient＇s vital signs.Results All the patients were disposable catheter with good success, in the operation process, and no complications occurred in patients with.ConclusionThe pleural puncture catheter drainage for the treatment of the patients, can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients feeling. It is worth in clinical application.
