摘要
目的：探究护理干预对真菌性阴道炎治疗的作用。方法选取我院2012年4月-2014年9月期间收治的86例真菌性阴道炎患者，按照抽签的方法将其分为观察组和参照组，每组各43例。参照组患者予以小苏打水，计量为2%-4%，对患者的阴道进行冲洗，使用常规的药物治疗，观察组在使用参照组治疗的基础上，增加护理干预，对两组治疗效果进行观察对比。结果观察组患者较参照组患者真菌性阴道炎治疗效果更好，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论护理干预对真菌性阴道炎治疗的作用比较明显，具有一定的临床效果。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods To choose between April 2012 and September 2014 admitted during the period of 86 patients with fungal vaginitis, in accordance with the method of the draw will be divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. Control group patients give baking soda water, measurement is 2%-4%, of the patient＇s vagina lfushing, using conventional drug treatment, the observation group in the use of reference group on the basis of the treatment, nursing, increase the therapeutic effect observation compared to two groups.Results The observation group than control group in patients with fungal vaginitis treatment effect better, compared the two groupsP〈0.05 for differences, statistically signiifcant.ConclusionThe effect of nursing intervention for the treatment of fungal vaginitis is more noticeable, has a certain clinical effect, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
