摘要
目的子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床护理措施。方法对子宫肌瘤患者30例药物治疗及手术治疗的临床观察及护理资料进行分析。结果 30例患者临床疗效良好,手术治疗术后平均8天出院,无感染发生、出血等严重并发症。结论通过临床护理阴道流血减少,头晕、乏力等贫血程度得到改善。生活需要得到满足,自理活动能力增强,有利于患者早日康复。
Objective To remove uterine fibroids surgery clinical care measures.Methods30 patients with uterine fibroids drug therapy and surgical treatment of clinical observation and nursing were analyzed. Results30 patients with good clinical efficacy of surgical treatment an average of eight days after discharge, no infection, bleeding and other serious complications.ConclusionThe clinical care by reducing vaginal bleeding, dizziness, fatigue, etc. to improve the degree of anemia.
