摘要
目的探讨急性肺栓塞患者溶栓抗凝的护理方案,提高临床疗效,改善预后。方法对25例急性肺栓塞症患者通过评估,采取个性护理措施,观察临床效果。结果经过个性化护理措施,我组患者未出现严重并发症,临床症状明显改善。结论急性肺栓塞患者在抗凝溶栓治疗过程中给予个性化护理能有效改善临床症状,降低死亡率。
Objective To investigate the acute pulmonary embolism in patients with thrombolytic care programs to improve the clinical efifcacy and improve prognosis.Methods25 cases of patients with acute pulmonary embolism through the assessment , individualized care measures taken to observe the clinical effect.ResultsAfter a personalized care measures, I did not appear serious complications in patients, clinical symptoms improved significantly.ConclusionPatients with acute pulmonary embolism give personalized care in anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy process can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce mortality.
