临床护理路径在甲状腺切除术患者中的作用探讨

The Role of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Thyroid Resection Patients

目的：对临床护理路径应用于甲状腺切除术患者临床治疗中的护理价值进行分析。方法在2012年5月-2014年9月期间，我院收治50例甲状腺切除术患者，采用抽签法将其平均分为实验组（n=25）和对照组（n=25），实验组患者采用临床护理路径下的护理干预，对照组采用常规护理。结果经过对两组患者的护理满意度对比分析来看，实验组的总满意度为96%，对照组患者的总满意度为80%，实验组患者的护理满意度优于对照组患者（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论临床护理路径下的护理干预应用于甲状腺切除术患者临床治疗中，能够有效的提高患者的护理满意度。

ObjectiveApplication of clinical nursing path in thyroidectomy patients nursing in the treatment of clinical value for analysis.Methods During May 2012-September 2014, our hospital patients, 50 cases of thyroid resection by using the method to draw the average divided into experimental group （n=25） and control group （n=25）, the experimental group were treated by clinical nursing pathway of nursing intervention, the control group using conventional care. Results After nursing satisfaction contrast analysis of the two groups of patients, the overall satisfaction of experimental group is 96%, the control group the total satisfaction of the patients was 80%, experimental group patients satisfaction with nursing care was better than the control group patients （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Nursing intervention of clinical nursing path used in thyroidectomy patients in the clinical treatment, can effectively improve the patient＇s nursing satisfaction.
