摘要
目的：对心理护理干预应用于紧张性头痛护理中的效果进行分析及总结。方法随机选取我院2012年9月-2014年9月共收治的60例紧张性头痛患者，将其随机分为试验组与参照组。两组均给予相应的药物治疗，参照组实施常规护理，试验组对其行心理护理干预，对比两组的护理效果。结果试验组每月紧张性头痛发作次数明显少于参照组，出现不良心理情绪的人数也少于参照组，两组比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论对紧张性头痛患者实施心理护理干预，效果显著。
Objective Mental nursing care applies tension headache results were analyzed and summarized.Methods Our hospital in September 2012-September 2014 a total of 60 cases were treated tension headache patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the reference group.Both groups were given appropriate medication, referring to the implementation of routine care group, the experimental group to its line of mental nursing, nursing effect comparison between the two groups. ResultsThe experimental group tension headache episodes per month was significantly less than the reference group, the number of adverse psychological and emotional appearance was also significantly less than the reference group, the two groups were signiifcantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with tension headache, implementation of psychological nursing intervention, the effect is signiifcant.
