摘要
目的分析CT动态增强扫描在肾嫌色细胞癌与肾嗜酸细胞瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院25例肾嫌色细胞癌、20例肾嗜酸细胞瘤患者的CT影像学资料,比较其应用价值。结果两种肿瘤病灶强化百分比、肿瘤-肾皮质强化指数比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT动态增强扫描鉴别诊断肾嫌色细胞癌与肾嗜酸细胞瘤的价值显著。
ObjectiveTo analyze the dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan value in chromophobe renal cell carcinoma and renal oncocytoma differential diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases in our hospital chromophobe renal cell carcinoma, 20 cases of renal oncocytoma patient imaging data, compare its value. Results The percentage of tumor lesion enhancement, tumor - renal cortical strengthening index, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced CT scan value differential diagnosis of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma and renal oncocytoma significantly.
