子宫内膜息肉临床分析及术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片预防复发的临床研究

Clinical Analysis of Endometrial Polyps and After Oral Administration of Drospirenone Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets to Prevent Recurrence of Clinical Research

目的：分析与探讨子宫内膜息肉术后实施屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服预防病情复发的临床效果。方法选取100例2013年4月-2014年12月在我院接受TCRP（宫腔镜息肉电切术）治疗的妇女，以随机方式将其平均分为两组，即：对照组与观察组。回顾性分析两组患者临床资料方案。结果观察组患者疾病复发、月经恢复正常情况均优于对照组，且差异性比较明显，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。但两组患者不良反应发生情况差异性不明显，P＞0.05，不具有统计学意义。结论研究表明，对子宫内膜息肉患者术后行屈螺酮炔雌醇片口服治疗，有助于改善月经，降低疾病复发率与不良反应发生率。

ObjectiveTo analysis and discussion of the implementation of endometrial polyps after drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablet relapse prevention clinical effect.Methods 100 cases in April 2013 - December 2014 in our hospital for women TCRP （hysteroscopy polyps TURP） treatment in a random manner which were divided into two groups, namely： the control group and the observation group. Two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed clinical data solutions.ResultsObserved in patients relapse, resume normal menstruation than the control group, and the difference is obvious,P〈0.05, statistically significant. But there were differences in the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was not significant,P〉0.05, not statistically significant.Conclusion The study showed that patients with endometrial polyps postoperative drospirenone ethinyl estradiol tablets oral treatment, helps improve menstruation, reduce the relapse rate and incidence of adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
