糖皮质激素治疗葡萄膜炎的效果探析

Study on Glucocorticoid Effect in Treatment of Uveitis

目的：探析糖皮质激素治疗葡萄膜炎的临床效果。方法搜集本院眼科2013年12月-2014年12月收治的44例葡萄膜炎患者，按照随机数表法分为两组，观察组22例和对照组22例，观察组采用糖皮质激素药物，对照组采用双氯芬酸钠药物，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.5%（21/22）、并发症的发生率9%（2/22），对照组患者治疗总有效率为81.8%（18/22）、并发症的发生率22.7%（5/22），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖皮质激素治疗葡萄膜炎的临床效果更好，可以有效改善患者的视力情况，降低并发症的发生，提高治疗有效率。

ObjectiveClinical effect of glucocorticoid in treatment of uveitis is to be studied.MethodsChoose 44 patients of uveitis who are treated in Ophthalmology Department of hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 and separate them into two groups on a basis of random digit table with 22 patients in study group and 22 patients in control group, patients in study group are given glucocorticoid treatment, while patients in control group are given diclofenac medication treatment; and then compare treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efifcacy in study group is up to 95.5% （21/22） and complication incidence is 9%（2/22）, while patients’ treatment efifcacy in control group is up to 81.8%（18/22） and complication incidence is 22.7% （5/22）, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Glucocorticoid is much more effective in treatment of uveitis, it is conducive to improving patients’ vision, reducing complication incidence and increasing treatment efifcacy.
