吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病临床应用及观察

Clinical Application and Observation of Indapamide and Amlodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension and Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病临床应用及观察。方法 80例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分成2组,单用组患者给予吲达帕胺治疗,联用组患者给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗。对比治疗效果。结果经过治疗后患者收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标明显下降,其中联用组各指标改善降幅度大于单用组(P<0.05)。联用组患者硝酸甘油用量少于单用组(P<0.05)。结论吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病临床应用效果确切,有利于改善患者血压血脂情况,减少硝酸甘油用量。

ObjectiveTo analyze indapamide combination with amlodipine treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease in clinical application and observation.Methods 80 cases of hypertension and coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, referring to the group of patients given indapamide therapy, the study group were treated with indapamide combination with amlodipine treatment. Comparison of treatment effects.ResultsAfter treatment of patients systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and other indicators decreased signiifcantly, which indexes the study group was signiifcantly greater than the magnitude of improvement in lowering the reference group （P〈0.05）. The amount of nitroglycerin in patients in the observation group was signiifcantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Indapanmide amlodipine treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease in clinical application the exact effect, improves lipid proifle blood pressure, reduce the amount of nitroglycerin, worthy of promotion.
