孟鲁司特钠用于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗的临床探析

Clinical Study on Montelukast Sodium Medication in Treatment of Children Patients With Cough Variant Asthma

目的：探析小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘应用孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年1月间收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿50例，对照组与研究组分别采取常规疗法与孟鲁司特钠治疗，对比两组治疗效果、咳嗽症状改善时间、消失时间与复发率。结果研究组总有效率（96.30%）与对照组（82.61%）对比较高，咳嗽症状改善时间与消失时间相对较短，复发率低，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘应用孟鲁司特钠治疗可以迅速缓解咳嗽症状，疗效显著，复发率低，安全可靠。

ObjectiveClinical effect of montelukast sodium medication in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma is to be studied. MethodsChoose 50 children patients with cough variant asthma who are treated in hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 and separate them into control group and study group which are given conventional medication treatment and montelukast sodium medication treatment respectively, and then compare treatment effects, patients’ cough symptom improvement time and its disappeared time and illness reoccurrence incidence between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efifcacy in study group （96.30%） is much higher than treatment efifcacy in control group （82.61%）, and in addition, compared to control group, patients’ cough symptom improvement time and its disappeared time are shorter and illness reoccurrence incidence is less in study group, there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Montelukast sodium medication is of efficacy in treatment of children patients with cough variant asthma, it is effective and medically safe to alleviate patients’ cough symptom with less illness reoccurrence rate.
