摘要 目的研究分析手术联合药物治疗交感性眼炎的患者诊疗效果。方法对我医院眼科收治的交感性眼炎患者随机抽样100位来进行本次研究。对照组只提供手术治疗和基础抗生素治疗,实验组在手术诊疗同时使用免疫抑制剂药物联合方案。结果治疗后实验组指标明显好于对照组,结果对比(P<0.05),差异具有显著性。结论交感性眼炎患者通过手术联合使用免疫抑制剂治疗具有良好的临床治疗效果。 ObjectiveAnalysis surgery combined with medication treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia patient outcomes.Methods Sympathetic ophthalmia ophthalmology patients admitted to hospital for my 100 to a random sample of the study. In the control group only surgery and basic antibiotics, while the experimental group using immunosuppressant drug joint programs in surgery clinics. Results After treatment, the experimental group was signiifcantly better than the control group index, the results contrast (P〈0.05), the difference was significant.Conclusion Sympathetic ophthalmia in combination with surgery in patients with immunosuppressive therapy with good clinical results.
