复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Compound Ipratropium Bromide Combined With Budesonide Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma in Children

目的观察复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法将70例符合入选标准的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗和单纯布地奈德治疗,比较临床症状体征消失时间,住院时间和总有效率。结果治疗1周后,观察组咳嗽、喘息、哮鸣音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(94.3%)优于对照组(77.1%)(P<0.05)。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘急性发作,临床症状体征消失时间和住院时间短,总有效率较高。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide atomization inhalation treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively with compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide atomization inhalation treatment and simple treatment of budesonide.ResultsAfter 1 weeks treatment, the observation group of cough, wheezing, wheezing disappearance time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of observation group （94.3%） than in the control group （77.1%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide and budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of acute asthma in children, clinical symptoms disappeared time and the hospitalization time is short, the total efifciency is high, it is worth in the clinical application.
