硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Nifedipine Combined With Irbesartan in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Hypertension

目的观察硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的疗效。方法选取30例糖尿病合并高血压患者,分为两组,实验组采用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗,对照组采用硝苯地平治疗。结果实验组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为73.3%,实验组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后血糖和血压水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压,疗效显著。

ObjectiveTo observe the nifedipine combined he sand treatment the curative effect of diabetes hypertension.Methods Selecting 30 cases of diabetic patients with high blood pressure, divided into two groups, experimental group using nifedipine combined he sand treatment, control group treated with nifedipine.Results The effective rate of 93.3%, controls effective rate was 73.3%, the experimental group obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.
