针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗心肾不交型失眠疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Incoordination Insomnia Treatment of Heart and Kidney Pressure

目的观察针刺配合耳穴贴压方法治疗心肾不交型失眠的疗效。方法 80例心肾不交型失眠患者分为两组。观察组行针刺并配合耳穴方法,对照组行单一针刺方法。比较两组临床症状、功能评分。结果对照组总有效率70.0%,观察组为92.5%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合耳穴贴压方法治疗心肾不交型失眠效果显著。

ObjectiveTo observe the acupuncture treatment with auricular application pressure type heart kidney not hand in the curative effect of insomnia.Methods80 cases of heart kidney not insomnia patients were divided into two groups. Control group using Chinese medicine therapy, observation group using auricular application method with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Compare two groups of clinical symptoms and functional score.ResultsThe control group total effective rate 70.0%, the observation group was 92.5%, two groups total effective rate difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment with auricular application pressure heart kidney type insomnia effect is remarkable.
