摘要 目的探讨不同健康教育方式对2型糖尿病患者的教育效果。方法随机将我院120例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用说教式健康教育,观察组采用强化式健康教育,3个月后比较两组教育效果。结果 3个月后,观察组胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化式健康教育可有效增强2型糖尿病患者的认识度与自控能力,改善血脂代谢与血糖水平。 Objective To explore the different ways of health education for patients with type 2 diabetes education effect. Methods We divided 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients into two groups randomly, 60 cases in each group. Control group using educational health education, observe group by strengthening health education, compare two groups of education effect after 3 months. Results After 3 months, the observation group indices such as cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood sugar is better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion To strengthen health education can effectively improve the understanding of patients with type 2 diabetes and self-control, and improve blood lipid metabolism and blood sugar levels.
