摘要
制动座是新开发的大连202延伸线快轨车辆的主要受力铸钢件。产品结构特殊,针对其特殊结构分析铸造工艺性。设计初步铸造工艺方案并进行工艺验证,试验结果发现工艺孔制做不良、铸件设置冒口的部位产生了缩松缺陷。通过调整铸造工艺方案,采用保温发热冒口改进铸件质量,使铸件满足装车要求。
Brake seat is the main stressed steel casting of the new design Dalian 202 extension lines rapid rail vehicles.h has special?product structure.In this paper,the?casting process?was analyzed and trial-produced.It was found that the poor designed process hole caused shrinkage defects at the part of riser.?By adjusting the?casting process,the heat insulation?riser has?been used to improve?the quality of casting and?to meet the?loading?requirements.
