摘要
以AZ91D镁合金变速器箱体模型为基础,通过消失模铸造工艺制造变速器箱体,在产品上取样后分析了其微观组织形貌和抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率和冲击韧性等力学性能指标,结果认为AZ91D镁合金可替代铸铁或铝合金,成为车辆轻量化和节能减排的首选材料。
The AZ91D magnesium alloy transmission case was produced by EPC.The microstructure,tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and impact toughness were analyzed.The results showed that AZ91D magnesium alloy can substitute the cast iron or aluminium alloy, as the preferable material in the agricultural vehicle field.
