摘要
利用高速相机记录液压旋冲钻进中钎杆不同冲击压力、旋转压力和推进力情况下的作业过程,同时采用数字图像处理技术,绘制钎杆在旋冲钻进过程中的冲击振动、扭转振动以及试验台架在冲击过程中的受迫振动的曲线,得到钎杆冲击频率和扭振频率、钎杆及试验台架的振幅及其相关性等重要数据。试验结果同传统电测结果基本一致,但与传统传感器测量比较,高速图像采集分析技术是一种无接触、全局化、适用范围广、自动化程度高,精度满足试验要求的量测手段,能够更直观充分地描述旋冲钻进中钎杆振动变化过程。
The drilling processes of the drill rod of hydraulic revolving-drilling under different surge pressures,rotation pressures and propulsion forces are recorded by a high-speed camera.Meanwhile,the curves of the impact vibration,torsional vibration and frame vibration during the revolving-drilling processes are plotted with the digital picture processing technique.The impact frequency,torsional vibration frequency,torsional vibration amplitude,and vibration amplitude of the drill rod and frame are calculated.The photogrammetry results generally agree with traditional test results.High-speed photogrammetry is a non-contact measurement with wide application and high precision through which the drilling process can be described adequately and visually.
