摘要
股骨头坏死(ONFH)是多种病因导致的股骨头血液供应不良,从而引起的软骨坏死和变性,继而导致股骨头结构改变、股骨头塌陷、关节功能障碍的疾病。该病一般在青壮年中发生率较高,且病程进展较为迅速,如不能及时得到救治,绝大多数患者会出现股骨头塌陷,预后不良。目前该病的发病原因主要有酒精性ONFH学说、激素性ONFH学说、ONFH二次碰撞学说、遗传易患性等多种假说。但ONFH的确切病因目前仍不十分清楚。
Osteonecrosis of the femoral head （ONFH） is the result of many causes leading to poor blood supply to the femoral head cartilage, which causes necrosis and degeneration of the cartilage, and then leads to structural changes of the femoral head, femoral head collapse and joint dysfunction. ONFH has the highest incidence in young adults with rapid progression if no proper treatment is given in time. And the prognosis is poor with femoral head collapse. Currently the main theories of the onset include alcoholic ONFI-I hypothesis, hormonal ONFH hypothesis, ONFH secondary collision hypothesis and genetic predisposition, however the exact cause of ONFH is not very clear yet.
