摘要 长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)被作为人类基因组中重要的调控分子之一,通过多种方式发挥其生物学调控功能。研究表明,LncRNA也可作为一种竞争性的内源性RNA与非编码微RNA(miRNA)交互作用,共同参与靶向基因的调控,对肿瘤发生与发展过程产生重要影响。同时,miRNA通过大量蛋白质编码基因靶向调控LncRNA的表达,miRNA和LncRNA在调节细胞过程均有重要作用。该文在分别介绍miRNA与LncRNA功能的基础上,总结miRNA与LncRNA交互作用及调控机制对肿瘤发生与发展过程的影响。 As one of the important regulatory molecules in human genome long noncoding RNA ( Ln- cRNA) can develop its biological regulatory function in various aspects. Studies of recent years have shown that : LncRNA can interact with miRNA as a kind of competitive and endogenous RNA, and they can partici- pate in the targeted gene regulation together,which has important influence on the formation and progression of tumor. Meanwhile, miRNA can also make targeted regulation of the expression of LncRNA with a large a- mount of protein encoding genes, both miRNA and LncRNAs play important roles in the regulation of cellular processes. Besides the functions of miRNA and LncRNA, here is to make a review of the influence of interac- tion between miRNA and LncRNA as well as their regulatory mechanisms on the formation and progression of tumor.
