Theoretical Basis of ″Three Yin and Three Yang″ Syndrome Differentiation

三阳三阴辨证是《伤寒论》辨证论治的方法与体系,是辨证的纲领与论治的准则。历代医家认为,三阳三阴辨证理论基础源于《周易》《内经》相关理论、中国传统文化,理论基础研究是正确认识事物规律的基石,避开理论基础研究就难以推动事物的发展。因此,正确认识和掌握三阳三阴辨证(后世俗称"六经辨证")的理论基础,具有深远而重大的意义。该文从哲学基础之阴阳五行及医学基础之《内经》《难经》两方面来进行阐述。

＂rhree Yin and Three Yang＂ syndrome differentiation is a method and system generated from ＂Treatise on Febrile Diseases＂ to differentiate syndromes and treat diseases. It is a principle of syndrome dif- ferentiation and a criterion of treatment. Ancient physicians considered the theoretical basis of ＂Three Yin and Three Yang＂ syndrome differentiation originated from classics of ＂Zhouyi＂ and ＂Neijing＂,as well as tradi- tional Chinese culture. Theoretical foundation is the basis of understanding rules ;it can be difficult to promote the development of things without it. Therefore, it is important to have a good understanding and command of ＂Three Yin and Three Yang＂ syndrome differentiation （syndreme-differentiation of the six meridians ）. The author believes it could, be understood and explained from two ways. One is the theory of Yin, Yang and five elements which belong to philosophical field, and the other is classics of ＂Neijing＂ and ＂Nanjing＂ which belong to medical field.
