应用血管内视镜技术评价PCI术后血管再内皮化 被引量：1

摘要 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术已经成为治疗冠状动脉疾病的可靠手段,但冠状动脉内支架植入会引起与其接触的血管内皮损伤和一系列生化反应,导致早期支架内血栓形成及晚期支架内再狭窄。因此需要评估PCI术后新生内膜覆盖情况和药物洗脱支架(DES)的治疗效果。血管内视镜(CAS)作为一种新的临床诊断血管病变的检查手段,具有清晰度高、色彩鲜明等特点,本院已尝试应用于评价PCI术后血管再内皮化程度,避免了目前组织病理学检查等评估方法存在的诸多局限性及弊端,有望作为再内皮化的有效检查技术而广泛应用于临床。
