大理地区HCV感染及合并HIV感染患者血细胞和生化指标变化的研究

Studies on Changes of Indexes of Blood Cells and Biochemistry in Patients with Co-infection of HCV and HIV in Dali Area

目的:了解大理地区HCV感染及其合并HIV感染患者血细胞和生化结果变化,为单纯性HCV感染及其合并HIV感染患者的诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:收集2013年1-9月我院单纯性HCV感染患者、合并HIV感染患者、排除HCV和HIV感染患者的血细胞和生化指标,并采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:HCV感染后会使患者RBC、HGB、PLT、HCT、K+和Ca2+水平明显降低(P<0.05),ALT、AST、AKP、GGT和TBA水平明显升高(P<0.05);而合并HIV感染后不仅使RBC、HGB、PLT和HCT这四项指标严重下降(P<0.05),而且也使WBC水平降低更为明显(P<0.01),TBA水平却升高更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:HCV合并HIV感染加重HCV的病程和疾病的严重程度,单纯性HCV感染和合并HIV感染患者血细胞、血生化的变化对其诊断、治疗和预后的判断具有重要意义。

Objective ：To analyze the difference in blood cells and blood biochemical criterion between the patients in‐fected with HCV and patients co‐infected with HCV and HIV ,to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with HCV and the patients combined with HIV infection .Methods ：We performed the detection on the blood cells and blood biochemical criterion of the patients with HCV ,HCV combined with HIV ,and besides the two formers from our hospital in January to September 2013 ,and the test results were analyzed by variance approach of SPSS17 .0 .Results ：Compared with the group on the patients non‐infected with HCV and HIV ,the level of RBC ,HGB , PLT ,HCT ,K ＋ and Ca2 ＋ were obviously decreased（P〈 0 .05） ,but the level of ALT ,AST ,AKP ,GGT and TBA were obviously increased（P〈 0 .05）in the group on patients with HCV .Infection on HCV patients combined with HIV ag‐gravate the decrease of level of RBC ,HGB ,PLT and HCT （P〈 0 .05） ,further more decrease of level of WBC and in‐crease of level of TBA was more markedly（P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion ：The analysis results were suggested that the progres‐sion of HCV patients was aggravated by co‐infected with HIV ,and there were great significance in diagnose ,cure and prognosis along with variety of blood cells and blood biochemical criterion of hepatitis C patients and hepatitis C pa‐tients co‐infected with HIV .
