初诊2型糖尿病短期应用胰岛素泵治疗的临床观察被引量：3

摘要目的:观察初诊2型糖尿病患者短期应用胰岛素泵治疗的临床疗效。方法:从我院接收的初诊2型糖尿病患者中选取50例空腹血糖>10.0mmol/L或糖化血红蛋白>9.0%的患者并将其随机分为2组,胰岛素泵治疗组(CSII组)25例,胰岛素多次皮下注射治疗组(MDI组)25例,比较两种方法的治疗效果。结果:CSII组患者的血糖达标时间、稳定水平、胰岛素的用量、低血糖的发生率均明显优于MDI组(P<0.05)。结论:短期应用胰岛素泵对初诊2型糖尿病患者进行治疗能够更安全、更有效地控制患者的血糖水平。
