摘要
患者女,51岁。躯干、四肢泛发红色结节2个月,RPR 1∶64(+),TPHA(+)。皮损组织病理示:真皮内有大量浆细胞及淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:二期梅毒。予以苄星青霉素240万U深部肌肉注射,1次/周,共3次,3周后皮损结节明显消退。3个月后复查RPR 1∶8,再次予苄星青霉素治疗,皮损无复发。
A 51-year-old female, generalized red nodules on trunk and limbs for 2 months,laboratory tests showed ： RPR 1：64 （ ＋ ）, TPHA （ ＋ ）. Histopathological examination revealed a large number of lymphocytes infiltration and plasma cells infiltration in dermis. The patient was diagnosed as secondary syphilis. Intramuscular injec- tion of 2.4 million U benzathine penicillin was used once weekly. Three weeks after treatment, the nodules vanished significantly. And laboratory tests showed RPR 1 ： 8 after three months treatment, without recurrent lesions. The benzathine penicillin is still currently used to treat.
