输入性皮肤蝇蛆病1例 被引量：4

摘要 1临床资料患者男,49岁,为赴非洲赞比亚劳务输出人员。背部下方出现结节伴刺痛、瘙痒1个月。1个月前,患者无明显诱因背部出现针尖大小丘疹,未予重视,之后,丘疹逐渐增大为结节,局部潮红肿胀,结节中央有小孔,伴明显刺痛及瘙痒。患者未予治疗。1周前,患者回国,就诊于当地医院,诊断为＂虫咬皮炎＂,予抗过敏药口服及百多邦外擦。家属帮患者在皮损局部涂擦百多邦后,从2处皮损处各挤出一条长约1cm白色、
