摘要
目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中FGF20的表达及其与微血管密度之间的相关性。方法:免疫组织化学染色和Western Blot方法检测结直肠癌组织及正常肠黏膜组织中FGF20的表达或CD34的表达,分析FGF20在癌组织及正常肠黏膜组织中的表达差异以及与临床病理之间的相关性,探讨FGF20的表达与结直肠癌组织中微血管密度的相关性。结果:免疫组织化学和Western Blot结果均提示结直肠癌组织中FGF20表达显著高于正常肠黏膜组织(P<0.01);癌组织中FGF20的表达与肿瘤浸润(P<0.05)及淋巴结转移(P<0.05)密切相关,与分化程度及肝转移无明显相关(P>0.05);癌组织中FGF20的表达与癌组织中微血管密度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:FGF20在结直肠癌微血管形成中发挥重要作用,进而促进结直肠癌的发生、发展及远处转移,为明确FGF20在结直肠癌微血管形成中的作用以及深入探讨FGF20促进微血管形成的分子机制提供实验依据。
Objective:To detect the expression of FGF20 in colorectal cancer (CRC) and explore the correlation between FGF20 and microvessel density (MVD). Methods: Immunocytochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot was used to detect the expression of FGF20 and CD34, and explore the correlation between FGF20 and MVD. Results: FGF20 positive rate in CRC was significantly higher than adjacent normal tissues (P 〈 0.01 ), expression of FGF20 in CRC tissues was correlated with the depth of invasion ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ), no correlation with liver metastasis. Expression of FGF20 was positively related with MVD ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: FGF20 plays an important role in tumor angiogenesis, occurrence, progression and distance metastasis of CRC.
