摘要
为进一步推动EtherCAT实时以太网技术在井下监控系统的应用并探寻最适宜井下实际情况、同时可靠性也最高的EtherCAT监控网络,首先通过对EtherCAT和ESC通讯技术的研究,并结合井下配电系统的实际情况,提出了EtherCAT有分站和无分站两种不同的井下监控网络,然后通过EtherCAT冗余网络可靠度计算的方法,分别对EtherCAT有分站和无分站两种监控网络可靠度进行了详细地分析、计算,并对两种监控网络可靠度的计算结果进行了对比论证,结果表明:EtherCAT无分站井下监控网络可靠性更高,可推广应用。
To further promote the application of EtherCAT real-time Ethernet technology in the mine monitoring system, and find the most suitable and reliable monitoring network of EtherCAT, this paper presented two kinds of mine monitoring networks based on EtherCAT, one with substation and the other without. By the study of EtherCAT and ESC communication technology, combined with the actual situation of the mine power system, both of the reliability of the EtherCAT monitoring networks were detailedly analyzed, calculated and compared by the way of the calculation of EthetCAT redundant network. And the result shows that the reliability of EtherCAT mine monitoring network without substation is higher and can be applied.
